Hi all, just wanted to ask about extending the 2nd storey of a terrace. Anyone knows how much it costs and how long it will take from getting approval by a certified PE till completion of the 2nd storey? It is to cover up the overlooking area of the living room as there is a high ceiling. Thanks 🙏
