Seeking advice from those who might have encounter this before. Long story short, i purchased the wrong hob and the gas inlet on the hob to the gas outlet is too far. It is more than 1m standard length.
Any idea how can i resolve this as i have not activate the gas. Citygas now refused to activate and said that I have to find someone else to solve this before he can activate the gas. I got a 3rd party to do it and he said if we install nonstandard length tube before activation, citygas might not allow. Called citygas hotline and they say they only have standard 1m length.
Would appreciate all your valuable experience.
