If you are working in the west, this is definitely one property to consider. In 2 years time, when it turn completely "private" I am sure the price will go up because of the price gap between floraval and the surronding condo in JW and Boon Lay. plus when the Canadian International School in JW is up, you will definitely see more expat community coming to the west, especially when there are so much investment coming to Tuas and Jurong.
As for the noise, it really depends which side apartment you are staying because it is quite a big development. about 750 units I think.
What I like about the place.
a) Heavily loaded with expensive stuff (relative to todays EC). Their casement windows and doors are really solid and effective in cutting out all the noise
b) Winner of BCA construction excellence award
c) Landscaping and 50m pool
d) No restriction on carpark (Yet)
e) Low maintainece fee
f) Just repainted and the place look new.
g) Food court and Gek Poh shopping mall is just across the road.
