Lately, I have seeking for ID or Renovation companies. I realised that most companies are RADAC accredited, about half of them are not HDB approved and some are not even registered with ACRA. For myself, I will prefer to trust the company which has to be registered with ACRA with more than 5 years being registered and certain amount of paid up capital. There are probably some companies with paid up capital of $2 which means in the event of lawsuit, you can only claim up to $2 or whichever amount is the paid up capital. I just want to seek your opinion whether anyone has advice for those companies with or without RADAC Accredited / HDB Approved / ACRA Registered companies. I may get some information wrongly too.
