I had a similar experience with delays and uneven paint jobs. In the end, I hired someone separate for the repainting—used craftsmanssealpainting.ca and was way happier with how things turned out. They showed up on time and cleaned up properly too, which really helped reduce the stress.

Hello fellow forumers, I came across this company WiseWork reno that only charge coordinator fees. All electrical, tiling, hacking, plumbing work etc is owner pay directly to them with no mark-ups. This sounds like very transparent which I would like to check if anyone engage their services before and how’s the quality of work? If you have similar renovation contractors do feel free to PM me the contacts.
