Currently shortlisting them and another contractor. Thou items vary, overall their cost is lower, in fact quite significant abt 8k.

As some would know my wedding is in july08, i just got busier and more to look for because me and mrszc31 joined Mediacorp's Wedding Affair.

As some may haf read in home living, me facing possible money lending activities at my new place and no sign of such activity till after 1st appt.

Now getting solicitor and stuff done up with money from seller heldin trust to protect me etc.

Also i took part in a mediacorp wedding program, hope all goes well.

Really hope to renovate my house. Aghhh!!
