My ID firm did all hacking and this week, they are supposed to do plumbing works. He told me that due to the need of a new IC, his quotation for plumbing changed...to 3 times the original costs! He did not highlight this need previously and now he said that due to the additional toilet that I am doing, I must have the new IC. I am most unwilling to pay him this amount as my PE mentioned that it was not possible for the price to increase by 3 times. Now I am stranded and I think he is banking on my urgency for the place to be done. He told me to find my own plumber which needed time. Can anyone please help me out.
