normally for such cases, the court order will state that one party will be the decision maker. As long as the court order is valid, the decision maker can make the decision to sell the flat without the other owner's signature. Hi all, I am currently shopping for a sofa and had chanced upon Westpoint Design at the Furniture Exhibition at Hall 6 today. I was told by the sales person that the sofa from Westpoint Design is locally made. The sofa which caught my eye cost about $1999...and I can choose between either Fabric or Synthetic leather. I was also told by the salesperson that synthetic leather is supposedly better. Any comments on this? I felt that the worksmanship is quite good, but couldnt seem to find any reviews about them online. Anyone bought furniture from Westpoint Design before? Thank you.
