Wooden Tpliet Door Problem - Repair Or Replace

Recommended Posts

My wooden toilet door wouldn't close properly, possibly because of some moisture damage which has caused the wood to warp at the bottom; it get progressively tighter and harder to close as i move it towards the doorframe.

Other than that, there is really nothing visible to suggest any damage.

1. So can i get it repaired

2. If not, how much would it cost to replace it and any body can recommend a door maker?

thanks

i think you should simply replace it. A normal bi-fold door is only about $200. Better than repair and then after a while the same problem resurface. Timber and water don't go well together...
