Hi All,

I will like to find out and have a rough bench mark what is the current cost of renovation if it includes the following (note i am just doing a ranging to see if i am really chop chop)

Hacking: Master Toilet (Everything), Kitchen Cabinet, 1 Wall and a small portion of enterence floor tile

Wet Work: Water proofing, Cabinet and Washing machine base

Flooring: Kitchen (overlay floor and wall), Front Enterence, master toilet (floor and wall)

False ceiling: (Living room, dining and masterroom)

Carpentry: Study table, master wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, bombshleter

Of cos includes watever cleaning, disposal etc etc.

All these adds up appx 26k.
