Buying A New Furnishings For Your Home

A piece of advise to all who are thinking of buying home furnishings.........if you are considering NOVA please please check the items when delivered.......BEFORE delivery guy leaves.

We made the mistake of trusting the brand and are stuck with a reclining sofa with a hole..........yes we paid $1000 for it, "not cheap"..........we know.........

But what to do despite informing the company the very next morning nothing has been done its a month now......and highly doubt anything will be done looking at the response from the customer service.
