Punggol 5 Rm Hdb Resale Simple Renovation

Hi

I am doing moving to my 5 rm HDB resale in few months time. I would like to do some renovations which I can’t avoid. Actually the unit is just three years old. So most of the renovations are up to the standards except some items for e.g. toilet doors (wooden) bottom spoilt, feature wall (bomb shelter, TV) lamination not good.

So earlier I thought going for a Renovation contractor, but all are charging too much. And at the end it comes to near 15k+. So I decided to go ahead without contractor.

I need advice that for the following works is it possible to do without engaging any renovation contractor.

Hi,

I only outsourced my rewiring and painting so cannot comment much...

But if you are keen, I can recommend the guys who did my painting and lights for me...

I asked the electrician just now.. just taking out old lights and put new de, $8... not sure cheap or expensive lar....
