Hi,

Just got a resale 32 years old 3NG flat. Got the following rough estimation quotation for an ID which cost around $27k

Need advice from the regulars here whether the quotation is reasonable. Many thanks.

1) Hack and discard existing flooring (Living hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, storeroom and kitchen)

2) Hack and discard existing wall tiles (2 toilets and kitchen)

3) Hack of wall (between living room & kitchen) for extension for living room (1.5m)

4) Remove old and replace with new window grille (Iron/fixed) (living hall and bedroom facing the corridor)

5) Remove old and replace with new window grille (Aluminum Window Grille/sliding) (kitchen and master bedroom)

6) Remove all old and replace with new windows (Living hall, 2 bedrooms and kitchen)

7) Remove old and replace with new main gate

8) Homogeneous Tiles (for living room, 2 bedrooms and kitchen)

9) Wall tiles for kitchen

10) Remove and replace new doors (main door, 2 bedrooms and storeroom)

11) Water Proofing Treatment (2 toilets and kitchen)

12) Floor and wall tiles for 2 toilets

13) Bi-Fold Doors for 2 toilets

14) Construct Cabinet Base (kitchen)

15) Wall Cabinet (kitchen)

16) Base Cabinet (kitchen)

17) Refuse Chute

18) 2 x Seating W.C, 2 x basin (toilets)

19) To supply & install system 2 air-con c/w bracket

20) Electrical Re-wiring

21) Painting Work for the whole house

22) Re-run stainless steel water piping

23) Remove and reinstall of all dirty water piping
