Painting + Floor Polishing

Hi! I'm getting my unit on 28th.. Super excited as this will be my first home. I won't be doing any reno cos of budget constraints so will simply just touch up the place.. Can someone pls recommend me a reliable and affordable vendor to do the below?

1) Painting 2bedroom+1hall

2) Polish living room floor

3) Varnish 2 bedroom floor

Anyone knows if they do the window grills or any misc as well? Also how about the kitchen and bathroom floor and wall tiles?

And roughly how much it will cost? Do contractors also do such misc tasks?
