Average market rate for renovation of kitchen is ard $7K and $3K each for toilet. 26ft kitchen cabinet, that mean you have 14ft on top, 12ft for bottom cos they only supply 12ft solid surface or granite top, any extra ft will be an additional cost.

No, at the end i didn't choose them, cos i got another cheaper quotation and the contractor is much more friendly :good: .

My unit currently under renovation and still run smoothly. yeah!

Not much budget left, so won't sign the 5ft ceiling height wardrobe.

What kind of tiles and cabinets did u get from your contractor???

Tiles can choose up to $2.80/sqf, but I choose some $3/sqf and he just "close one eye". :P

Kitchen cabinet as normal 20ft (up 10ft + bottom 10ft) ABS trimming solid ply doors.
