Help! My Reno Quotes, Pls Advice/rate

HI! I'm staying in a 5rm flat and we're going to reno it, Kitchen plus some additional areas in Living and Bedrm (shoe rack and wardrobe).

I'd already signed for the standard package for the Kitchen and 2 Bathroom ($14500, coz exculde tiles for kitchen wall). Am more concern about the additional items listed.

Pls help to go thru are the items quoted on the high side? Appreciate your reading. Tks a lot.

1. To do Plastering at existing kitchen tiles (4500mm x 2700mm) - $850 (should include painting also)

2. To do Plastering at Master and common bathrm ceiling - $200

3. To hack existing floor skirting ****/Dining/3 bedrm with patch up and make good - $560

4. Supply & install 4nos of hot point at master and common bathrm - $360

5. To paint Living /Dining / 3 bedrm ceiling and wall using Nippon paint - $1900

6. Supply & install basin vanity top at common bathrm with mirror - $830

Size: L1500mm x W400mm x H200mm (vanity top)

Size: L1000mm x H500mm (mirror)

7. Supply & install 1set 10mm thick frameless tempered shower screen c/w fix panel & casement swing door with handle at Master bathrm - $750

8. Supply & install vanity top with suspended vanity cabinet at master bath - $580

9. Supply & install 13amp double power point - 2nos, 13amp single power point - 3nos, lighting point - 2 nos, cooker fuse point - 1 nos - $500

10. To supply and construct a new store using gypsum board partition to received a new paint (L3900mm x H2700mm) - $630

11. To supply and install MDF tic-tac door in emulsion paint finished (store door) - $3080

12. Additional length kitchen cabinet L5280mm - $2520

13. Additional length for kitchen worktop L2490mm - $960

14. To supply & install 8mm thick color back glass at kitchen area (this item is between top and bottom cabinet) - $850

15. Additonal full height storage cabinet c/w pullout tray in selected laminate finished - $700

I'm still thinking whether to do laminated flooring or relay tiles for living and bedrm, or don't do anything to the floor coz laminated seems out of theme, while tiles seems on the much higher size.

Erm... I think some are expensive? Dunno the rest.

Eg. Mine paint whole house, pipes, gate, door, frames using nippon 6 col is abt $1250, shower screen also much lower. I think your casement cupboard v ex at $290 pfr. Normal should be ~$210 to $220??
