Bro your reno and my are about the some beside the tile, Install rubbish hood at kitchen area, design handles & cutlery tray are different but 1 thing for sure my contractor nvr charge me Disposal of debris(if you are talking about debris for old carpentry and tile etc which you are doing for reno), Uplifting all building materials from void deck to renovating site, General cleaning upon completion and lay protection cost and also touching up of unsatisfied area is within the project no cost involved too as it's the services he's give. believe direct co that's do individual items will save some cost, but personally find that getting a contractor to arrange everything for u will be much easier and time saving thought it might cost u a little more, but save the trouble for arranging it yourself and also if anything screw up u have a contractor to answer for it. just my thought Cheers.
