is it ok go lay new floor tiles over existing toilet tiles? if replace old floor tiles by hacking does it damage the water proofing ? how much just to over lay one 3mx3m toilet floor tiles? any contractor to recommend to do this small job?

the problem is the i trimed the door, and few months later it wrap again and diffcult to close. cant be always triming it right?

My toilet wooden door seems to widen by itself. The lower edge of the swing door is pressing onto the frame. Thus making it difficult to close . I trimmed a few mm off the surface using a saw. But 2 months later the same happen again. Does wooden door warp?
