I Want To Praise Gnee Hong Furniture For The Service

I swear that I am a normal customer who patron four dining acrylic chair from Ngee Hong furniture.

This furniture shop is a warehouse which sells lots of kinds of chair from bar style to dining, office, etc.

After I bought 4 chairs from them on April, just this few days the chair is broken.

At first, I was so angry that how come the chair is so weak.. but I am afraid that furniture shop can not do anything since chair got no warranty.

Then I called them to reflect this situation. Without hesitating much, they are offering one to one replacement.

Later on, I said that I am afraid that the others will broke in future and cause hurt to ppl.

So they considered and agree to let me change to other design.

Importantly is service is fast and good, friendly and helpful
