Need advise on whether the following quote is too expensive. I do feel so, hence am asking for advise.

Wiring of the place is not yet included. Air-con not included as well

Hi bro, your carpentry work look ex but if u using high end lamination and complex design than i don knw how much liao. your kitchen top 11.5ft huh?

your hacking & dismantle look a little ex, also your kitchen floor area got 190sft? and your wall area at350sft? What wooden door you using huh ? 470 with beads design your beads how much huh?

your ceiling how many sft for lower ceiling and L-box? you staying in which type of flat? why general cleaning and acid wash for whole house so EX 1?

think u need to compare quote from others.

Hi ... i am contractor myself .. Based on the quote u have ....is a bit on the high side of things...

.. First of all is .Have the designer show u the 3d picture and is it what u want ..Its not use trying to check whether price is expensive if what quoted is not what u wish for ...

For the carpentary work can u put in the measurement than i can advise u .. cheers
