 I have the same attitude about everything. The main thing is to enjoy it, and when you do, the result will definitely come. Honestly, I never thought yoga would help me get in great shape. I used to think of it as something more for relaxation, like meditative. I guess a lot depends on the meal plan too, and mine is from the unimeal app. I immediately googled is unimeal legit so I wouldn’t run into any scammers. Once I fixed my eating, I added yoga every morning. And the most interesting thing is that none of this stresses me out at all.
