King Sized Bed And A Small Sized Lift

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've bought a king sized bed but realize that the lifts in my block of flats is never going to fit the mattress in. I live on the 12th floor. What are my options?

Thanks.

I'm told that if they can't get it up in the lift, they're going to charge me by the number of floors they'd have to lug it up by?

King size should be able to fit a HDB lift, what the workers can do is the warp the mattress into the lift, shouldn't cause any damage to the foam/spring. alternatively, try hoisting up using rope & pulley :)
