What Happens If Id Quit Or Need To Take Long Leave During Your Reno?

Hi,

Just wanted to know if any of you experience half way your ID goes on long leave or quit in the middle of your reno?

While I am sure there will be someone taking over, but question is whether we will get the same level of service?
