What's The Budget?

Hi pple

Looking to overhaul my 5-room HDB flat. Was wondering how much should I budget (excluding lights, furniture).

Is it in the range of 10k-15k, 15k-20k, 20k-25k, 25k-30k? or even higher?

Am planning to tile/laminate over my existing floor. So i guess that would save costs too.

Appreciate any comments/estimates as I'm clueless as to what budget should i be looking at
