congrats on your home purchase!

since yours is a condo and most likely the reno will be minimum, buying your furniture first is quite alright especially if you have the detailed floor plan with exact dimensions.

Electronics wise, it seem a little early to purchase them especially for the big ticket items as technology moves very fast these days and in half a year...there will be usually newer models with better functions at just a little bit more $.

I understand the "kanchiongness" in waiting for your new place to be ready....and the urge to buy since all you can do now is wait.... I can suggest you list down the items you are on verge of buying and keep update this list as you go along....1 month before you move in then swop down to places like everjoint, goh ah bee, parisilk......buying everything together gets you better discounts too. ;)

Thanks!

Yupz DBSS at AMK..

My ID is previously from Unimax and now he has set up his own co called Dot3...

Those electronics I bought are very much cheaper than retail price that's y I bought them 1st... :)

for example the fridge usual price is $4299 I got it at $1500... Rice cooker usual $188 i bought at $99... and they are all brand new...

even if 6 months later come out newer designs also nevermind coz definitely won't be at this price.. keke...

wau, lilacbliss, your pace of buying furniture and stuff is speedy, when reno has not started

but your fridge is really a good buy for a large fridge of that price.

can see that this DBSS is really fast in construction that it will be ready in jun! i still remember seeing the showflat when they launch :)
