Simple Reno For A New 3 Room Hdb

Hi,

I just got the keys to my new 3 room HDB flat that already has flooring / doors / toilets all done up.

What i require is -

Kitchen cabinets top / bottom

Wardrobe in Master Bedroom

Cabinets in bomb shelter (full height)

Acrylic shower screen in Master Toilet

Acrylic shower screen in Common Toilet

Light box in Living Room

Light box in Master Bedroom

3 ceiling fans

2 water heaters

Can the above be done within $10K?

Can anyone recommend a reliable contractor for this job.

Your prompt reply would be greatly appreciated as i would like to move in my Mid April 2011.

Hi,

I just got the keys to my new 3 room HDB flat that already has flooring / doors / toilets all done up.

What i require is -

Kitchen cabinets top / bottom - Estimate 12 top + 12 bottom= 24 feet x $100 pfr using Jennings Laminate with ABS trimming doors = $2,400

Kitchen Top using - Solid Surface $60 pfr x 12 feet = $720 or Granite (selected model) - $75 pfr x 12 feet = $900

Wardrobe in Master Bedroom - Estimate $220 x 6 feet full height wardrobe in laminate finish with 4 nos. of swing / casement doors = $1,320

Cabinets in bomb shelter (full height) - 4 feet x $150 = $600

Acrylic shower screen in Master Toilet - $320 (if tempered glass will be $358)

Acrylic shower screen in Common Toilet - $320 (if tempered glass will be $358)

Light box in Living Room - $450

Light box in Master Bedroom - $400

3 ceiling fans - Supply and install 3 sets of FANCO 404 with Aluminium blades at $300 each = $900

2 water heaters - Supply and install 2 sets of instant heater $180 each = $360

Total : $7,790 but still need to install new lighting points for L-Box **** and Master Bedroom (estimate 16 lighting point at $35 each = $560)

Can the above be done within $10K?

Can anyone recommend a reliable contractor for this job.
