Need Advice For Fridge

Dear all,

Currently I have this General Electric Fridge which has been working fine for the last 5 yrs or so.

However, recently, it starts to have alot of water puddles within the lower deck of the fridge (upper deck being the frozen department).

What I would like to find out is, (1) whether is the fridge considered spoilt or (2) the seals for the lower deck door needs replacement.

Need yr valuable inputs, and if it is (2), any companies who specialise in this?
