Bad Experience With Eurohub Aircon

I bought some vouchers from Groupon for the aircon servicing by Eurohub Aircon. I am very frustrated and annoyed by their outrageously poor service attitude. The fine print of the coupon states that the customer will need to make appointment at least 1 week in advance so I went to make an appointment for my aircon servicing 1.5 weeks in advance. The first time I called, I was told to message my address to another number and wait for their reply. When they did not reply me the next day, I called to enquire. The manager Alvin then told me rudely that my appointment can only be confirmed 1- 2 days before the appointment date. I was thinking, how can a business not know the schedule for next week? Why did he insist on not confirming my appointment even after my request? When I demanded to know the reason, he shouted at me and told me to call Groupon to cancel my voucher before slamming the phone! For those expecting good service from Eurohub Aircon, I can only say GOOD LUCK!
