Penthouse With Big Terrace = Big Headache?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I've been trawling and reading the posts here in RenoTalk for a while, while I am thankful for all tips and comments given,

but I am lost when it comes to doing up our own place. We are new home owners of a penthouse with 3 big terraces because

we love the feel of nature. We both agreed on a tropical holiday villa feel:P

With whatever little we have left, we are thinking of doing up the place nicely.

The main areas we want to do would be:

1) The terraces (grass, timbre decking, planters, holiday feel, etc)

2) The windows (roller blinds and sheer curtains would be sufficient)

3) Seamless design flow from outside going into the interiors

Anyone with ideas and ability to work with a tight budget and a crazy couple?

Muchas gracias...merci beaucoup...many thanks

Hi Darren

Wow! I like the photo showing the timber deck flooring!

As I just bought a 1st floor with big PES unit.....still thinking how to do the PES to a nice cosy and resort feel house.

Will visit the website and take a look then :)
