HI all,

Just bought a resale 5 room. I just need to do some minor renovation & carpentry wks but was quoted abt 25k from 4 ID firm. Wks that i will be doing:

- Hack & replace of kitchen & common bath floor & wall tiles.

- Kitchen cabinet with glass back splash

- shower screen to common toilet

- Full height wardrobe for 2 common rooms

- Study table for 2 common rooms

- Top hung cabinet for 2 common rooms.

- 4 book shelf with doors for 2 common rooms

I think that all the quotation are expensive. pls advice.

Any gd contractor with gd workmanship to recommend?
