Hi All

I had the same encounter as one of the newbie who had reverted below on peeling Species sofa. Pls think twice when buying sofa from this company.

Within 1.5 yrs of use, the "leather" started peeling. I found my invoice and emailed them the pictures too. After chasing for a week, they reverted that abuse can affect the durability which i replied was nonsense and inapplicable in my case as my family hardly use the living room (except few hrs at nite while watchg TV) and there was no kid at home.

They then also informed me that it's not under guarantee when i insisted they had promised me a 5 yrs guarantee. I have to argue that it is not even a warranty problem when it is a dishonest delivery as it was indicated as LEATHER in the invoice, plus I had paid the price level for a genuine leather sofa. The photos clearly shows the peeling of the material that was far from being Leather. Even my PU bags are more durable than the sofa!!

Here's the attached pic to show the condition of my purchase with Species! I can't believe they can argue that this is leather. I think Groceries plastic bags are more durable than these materials whc appears like low quality PU.

Go to CASE. Buy from Harvey or courts, they cannot run

Hi , Me too cheated by Rocoboche- I purchased a Sofa and they were supposed to deliver but now they are non reachable, I have lodged a Police Report and have been advised to go to small Case Trunal- I am lodging a complaint with small case tribunal. Please advice If there are any updates on this Furniture Company.
