JAI13 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2012 Need some advise. I bought a study bed combination from Rozel early this year for my 10 years old son. The frame broke broke and pillars supporting the study collapse. My son was studying on the table when this happen. Luckily he was not injured. Rozel sent someone to take a look at it and confirm it cannot be repaired and need to order a new board to support it. I was told to pay $200 for it. I am not with happy it . My son use it only for study. They claim it was misuse. The set cost more than SGD$1800 an less that a year it collapse. Is it worthwhile for me to go to case on this matter?Quite disappointing, first time buying furniture with ROZEL and likely to be the last. Didnt know that Nova is part of their outfit, bought a double bed and wardrobe with them, quality is poor too. They have to come to my house to repair after 3 days.
