Currently flat is under renovation, will be ready for new tenant to move in earliest by 1st Dec.

- Single bed frame with mattress ( bed frame is 1 year old, mattress is brand new )

- Study Table and chair ( Brand new )

- 2 doors wardrobe ( Brand new )

- WIFI included

- Light Cooking is allowed ( Responsible enough to clean up after cooking )

Monthly rental : $700 ( utilites inclued )

I am staying with my wife and mother, 3 of us.

Looking for working adult ( female, chinese )
