Possible To Do All These With $8K Only?

In order to reduce my reno, I am seeking expert opinions here as to whether the below works can be completed with a budget of $7K only. Do give me recommendations as to how I can reduce the costs to meet my $7k target.

My unit is almost 17yrs old and the size for both toilets is 2400mm + 1500mm. 5i HDB flat.

Kitchen

Hack existing exposed wall tiles that are not covered by the new kitchen cabinets.

Hack existing kitchen floor tiles.

Hack and remove existing kitchen cabinets.

Lay new kitchen wall tiles for hacked area (up to $2.8psf)

Lay new kitchen floor tiles for hacked area (up to $2.8psf)

Install 3 panel tempered glass sliding door (1fixed, 2 sliding total 3000mm wide). Each panel estimated 1050mm wide and 2200mm high.

Common toilet

Hack and remove all existing wall and floor tiles and level shower area.

Construct shower kerb with tiles.

Hack and remove both toilet bowl and basin.

Seal up existing door location with hollow blocks.

Hack new door opening and plaster the edges of the hacked area.

Supply and lay waterproof membrane.

Supply and lay new wall tiles to ceiling height (up to $2.8psf)

Supply and lay new floor tiles (up to $2.8psf)

Supply labour to install new toilet bowl.

Supply and install fixed 900mm * 1800mm shower screen.

Master Bedroom toilet

Hack and remove all existing wall and floor tiles & level shower area.

Construct shower kerb with tiles.

Hack and remove both toilet bowl and basin.

Supply and lay waterproof membrane.

Supply and lay new wall tiles to ceiling height (up to $2.8psf)

Supply and lay new floor tiles (up to $2.8psf)

Supply labour to install new toilet bowl.

Supply and install fixed 500mm * 1800mm shower screen.

Skirtings

Hack existing wall skirtings for all rooms and plaster hacked skirtings. I will be laying floor laminates for all rooms except kitchen and toilets.

From the quote I get for my em toilets, as I am hacking wall and floor tiles too I think is mission impossible to do 2 toilets with shower screen and plus kitchen hacking work and tiling..considering ur is an old house which toilets and kitchen is usually bigger..

Mayb only 2 toilets still can do within 7k mayb plus other work i think is hard, if u can find one please share the contact with me as I am currently also looking for quote.. So far the cheapest quote I get from contractor was 12k for 3toilets

I have received quotes for two toilets hack plus retile up to $3psf at $5k but I think it can be cheaper as long as the contractor is willing to earn lesser.
