Renovation Company - Hdb License

Hi All

Is it a MUST that the renovation company be registered with HDB before they can renovate any HDB house?

Wuld apreciate any advice.

if anything goes wrong, you can approach HDB to get them to rectify... otherwise, the 'no license' contractor may do the illegal way and touch wood, should anything goes wrong, HDB will only get you to rectify at yr own cost... worst case is if he hacks any structural beam, u will be in deep ****
