homvir 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2013 What are the questions I should ask the previous owner when inspecting resale flat?It may be one of last chance to ask before they don't bother anything after the sale is completed.For example, all I can think of is:When was last time they did the reno?Electrical wiring for house is how old? (so i can decide if need to rewire everything)Did they do the installation thing for fibre when OpenNet offered wire for free?Maybe also ask about aircon and gas piping for Citygas?Appreciate if experienced flat buyers can contribute their ideas? cleong 1 Report post Posted January 25, 2013 Ask them for their contact number and new address. You will still be getting their mail and will need to get them to come collect or forward it to them. I had a credit card company debt collector come to my house looking for the previous tenants who defaulted on their credit card bills.
