Blind Installation For Exec Maisonette Balcony

Hi,

I urgently need contacts for a reliable contractor to install blinds for my balcony. It can either be bamboo chick blinds that are covered in canvass sheets or I am also considering electronic shutter blind. Can anyone give feedback on the shutter blind installation and if you know any company doing this business, please help. As the ceiling is up high at the second level, I think they would require to set up scaffolding todo the installation. I heard this is a safty requirement now. My last installation was 8 years ago and the guy whp installed just use a very very tall ladder.
