5Rm Bto Quotation

Recommended Posts

Hi! I would like to check that if 38k consider expensive to renovate a 5 rm bto flat? Hdb will provide floor finishing and doors. This cost also includes hacking a wall and doing a walk in ward robe.

Thanks!

Hi 38k for bto 5Rm is average, most important is you engage a RIGHT ID firm.

I had bad experience with famous & big ID firm, I spent a bomb to reno my bto 4-Rm flat.

End up disappointed & a lot of problems & defects.

Till now they still haven't solve my defects on bedrooms laminate flooring.

Worst part is I already move in.

hi Y2cl, haven't complete my house, of course haven't pay them.

I don't know is it nice to disclose the ID firm, anyway they participate often in EXPO home fair.

Again just be careful when u choose ID.

Okok! Thanks! I think I know which company. I got a quote from them and they charged me 51k without hacking any wall. Is minimum work at the highest cost.

Actually for BTOs, should not be too expensive, unless you are doing a lot of carpentry, ie wardrobes, feature walls and stuff. You can actually spend below 30k. For those renovation firms that promises below market prices, you have to extra careful.
