Looking For Id Within Budget With Good Craftsmanship For Bto 5Rm

Hi All,

I am new to here and went through some of the posts. Seems like the quotation varies range between $30k - $50K.

I have on the other hand went through 3 IDs and so far their quotation is within my budget.

I do not have a detailed quotation but i will list the stuffs which i will be doing up for my house.

Living Room:

Built-in half height shoe-rack

Feature wall + console for TV

Display racks

False Ceiling @ living room to corridor

Big mirror @ dining area

Feature door to cover "store room"

Kitchen:

Top and bottom cabinets with anti-slam on 1 side

suspended top on the other side with few cabinets to support

Quartz top

MasterBed Room:

Walk-in wardrobe

Dressing table

2nd Room:

Carpentry work for 2 computer tables with drawers

bookshelf cabinet

3rd Room:

Simple design for guest/children room

No carpentry works

Flooring:

Living Room - Homogenous

3 Rooms - Vinyl Tiles

Doors:

3 rooms with vinyl hollow door

Shower screen for 1 toilet

Misc:

Painting for all

Lighting points

These are the rough guide lists compiled i had in mind.

My budget hopefully to be between $20k - $30k.

Is it possible?
