dear people, i am about to get my keys to my BTO 5 room flat. I need to do up floorings and internal doors as i didnt opt for the HDB's items. Just want to ask as i seen most renovation companies quoted promotions for $12,888 example for BTO flats listing down the works required. Is this the final price including the materials required (i know it excludes flooring and doors) Thanks as I am curious it be so cheap?

They probably still have to come down to your home to do the final measurement to finalise the pricing & you are likely to upgrade some of the materials to a higher grade such as kitchen solid top to granite or quartz depending on which you are comfortable with. The paintwork can be upgraded with additional cost to higher grade as well. Think still have other additional costing...

thanks. think you are right. these i think also do not include electircal wirings and the materials included should be lower grades so they will likely ask you to upgrade.
