Other than kitchen, the whole house floor from laminate change to tiles, built in wardrobes, featured wall, add back the wall for the common room, paint, electric etc.

No changes of Doors Windows & Grilles? No bathrooms reno? No cove lighting or false ceiling. Then 18k okay lar.

All change except false ceiling. 3 bifold doors with 2 veneer doors . 1 kitchen sliding door and all window grills etc. Will load pics when done.
