Need A Id/contractor For Retro/ind For A Really Old 4Rm Resale

Just got a 4rm Resale. Need to re-wire the whole place and change airconditioning. Some minor hacking work and put in kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.

It already has a very retro feel. I want to keep the feel but maybe refresh it a little while keeping costs down.

Would appreciate it alot if you know of any reliable ID/Contractor who are experienced in these retro/Industrial makeovers.

Avoid XXXXXX Reno Concept. Temperamental and rude contractor. Not upfront on cost of some items.
