Have You Engage A Cheap Id? 100$/3D Drawing&floor Plan / Per Room

Would any of you engage a designer just for a rough design ideas of your home? (Quality Floor plans and some 3d drawings for cheap ie. 100/room) with no detailed specification. Then proceed to the contractor to execute the design selecting the material range that best match your budget?

if really cheap,then I will be very careful. For eg, 1 quoted me 20% cheaper than others...googled and nothing but complaints hahahahahahahahhaaha

Are there any designer who doesn't give you any estimate cost of renovation?

I just need the design and space planning only
