Those walk ups are at least 45 years old ( no lift) and we cant expect much judging fm the age. To cut the story short, we are seeking for contractors to get a quotation and hopefully it can be done within our budget as this is an overhaul project. Another point to note is walk up has no lift; meaning contractors gota walk up if they take up my project. ( 2nd floor) 👉 We have not commit to this apartment yet as we wish to know if the reno can be done within our budget b4 we make an offer to seller. 👈Anyone here can recco me any trusty contractors? Built in size : 1160 sqft Condition : 3.5/10 Overhaul ( including hacking down of 1 room to create more space for living room) Thank you all!! Yr opinions and advices are much appreciated!
