Outdoor Blinds - A Question

Hi all, I have a question for the experts here. I am thinking of getting outdoor blinds installed, colour has already been decided by the estate They wish to maintain uniformity for the facade,again no problem with that.

I was just wondering, on the inside surface of the blinds, the part not seen from the outside, I was thinking of getting some designs painted, perhaps even perspective art like a beach scene etc.

Have you heard of anyone providing this service?
