terenc3le3 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2015 Hi GuysMy resale MBR aircon CU area, the big hole covered by plywood is now beginning to leak water (had already partially spoilt my laminated flooring actually). I've consulted HDB and they say I cannot use bricks/concrete to cover the area as they are afraid that "its too heavy". Nvm that, but they suggested to use aluminum sheet to cover the area and can last for years.Anyone using this method can show some picture on how would it look like? Also, will it be a better noise insulated compared to plywood? Thanks!

terenc3le3 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2015 Thanks. Anyway, I've engaged this nice guy called Ken to help to build up a "box" with the false ceiling material. Should be better now too.
