Bad Service Interlock Digital Locks

I purchased a s3320 from them and confirmed with them that the lock cannot be open by ordinary locksmith.

Their technician insisted that even ordinary locksmith cannot open the lock as the keyhole is design by samsung.

Now, my ex removed the lock totally.

And the guy claim that i should know, its common sense that all locks with keyhole can be unlock.

So now they insisted that they have not said that and i should know better...

If i know better, i wont need to ask for advise.

So now they don claim responsibility.

Such service

in their receipt, its state that only use energiser batteries. hence if we didnt, then warranty might not count.

But when they installed, they did not use energiser batteries at all.

Their warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. And they charge $80 for each time they come
