SengkangPeople 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) Hi Everyone,Im here to warn others and make sure others dont go through what I am going through.So about 2 months back we were approached by this 2 contractor by the Co Name (X)- Design Concept . (X) = I . So anyway we got a qoatation from them. They work in a pair. One of the contracters name is (X)ack X = J and one more is (x)andy X=R. They gave us a very good qoatation and we were very impressed , promising us very good stuff and everything can attitude, telling us that they had direct contracters and not to take any IDs as IDs were too expensive as they had commission and stuff. So in the end we signed the contract with them. They were very fast at first. Running all the elctrical points for lights inside and setting up the connis the next day.Next few day started making the connis, but here he just went ahead after a rough sketch on the floor plan. Not many suggestions given but still alright we still trusted them. Next we did flooring and that was fast too.. everything went smooth, but after this proccess everything was baddddd.Till now its been 6 weeks and the carpentry is not even up yet. Till now they promised us 3d designs that i never saw before. Nothing has been done from this point, sketches and design all we had to do ourselves and yet till now after giving dimensions and skecthes ntg is done, they are very prompt at asking for payments but not their words. They never went to any shop with us and sit down to choose the designs and anything for us. During the 3rd week we saw a carpentry job that was done from their contracters, we immediately rejected that carpentry as he wanted t use the same people for our house. So after meeting the carpentry person we rejectected them, till now we have never met the new carpentry people and they said that they will alias with other carpentry with them and said that is confidential. So till now still waiting for themCut story short. Please be aware of such people in the industry.Many empty promises and Im just warning all the young couples.
