saw ur quote. not much details is stated in it so its very fishy.

hdb permit 300 usually the company pay.

how much is your flooring cement screed and tiles and labour ? not stated.

accessories is $50 1 set, yours is $80.

everything is not clear like how many sqft, ft, height, depth, etc..........

carpentry warranty how long?

lastly company not hdb registered reno too. u can check from hdb website.

anything happen how, this is not a 1000, 2000 product, this is a 10k,20k, our home, bro.

this is my opinion based on what i know, other members might give u more info.
