Anyone Engaging Lien Lien Interior Contractor Before?

have discussed with them and would like seek opinion anyone using their service before.

My neighbour is using them to renovate their 2 rooms apt. At first the renovation period was 1.5  months but this company couldn’t finish in time and against renovation law and continue to perform noisy renovation after the renovation period...until some residents complain them to the condo management then this contractor has no choice but to reapply renovation period to another 3 more weeks!
